1. General Provisions

1l444 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 1l444 platform and its users.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these terms. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read all the terms in this document and agree to comply with them. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. The Bengali text is authoritative for any interpretation.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at 1l444, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation. If any information changes, please notify the support team promptly.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Avoid sharing this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• Avoid clicking on phishing or suspicious links.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 1l444 is ৳300, and this applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposited funds are accepted solely for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited — only transact from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is verified, it is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal may be delayed or suspended. Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 1l444 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

• Certain games or bet types may be excluded from wagering calculations.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• If a bonus expires, it will be cancelled.
• The ability to use multiple bonuses at the same time may be limited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 1l444 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active gaming activity. VIP benefits may change at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, using proxies or VPNs, or group betting — will result in account cancellation. We reserve the right to forfeit deposited funds in such cases.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

All bets are accepted and settled according to the platform's set rules. The ability to change or cancel a bet after it has been accepted is limited. We reserve the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical errors.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is not completed or is cancelled before the scheduled time, bets on that event may be cancelled and the bet amount may be refunded. Separate rules may apply for rescheduled events.

6.3 Live Betting

1l444 will not be liable if the internet connection is lost during live betting or if any technical issue arises on the platform. Odds in live betting can change rapidly.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1l444 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to operate games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security measures.
• Participating in collusion or match fixing.
• Using a third party's account or selling an account.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving aggressively toward platform staff or other users.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

The 1l444 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. Our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss or missed bets due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence in account security.
• External causes (force majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

Under no circumstances will our total liability exceed the user's active balance on the platform.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time. In this case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in the account, however bonus balances may be cancelled in accordance with the terms.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by 1l444

We reserve the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

10. Responsible Gaming

1l444 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be enjoyed for entertainment — not as a source of financial stress or mental distress.

• Avoid placing bets beyond your means.
• Set deposit and loss limits for yourself.
• Use the temporary break or self-exclusion feature if needed.
